Vendor Requirements
We are looking for:
Artisan & Handcrafted: Handmade holiday gifts, jewelry, fiber arts, sewn goods, wood or metal crafts, fine art, and stationery.
Vintage, Antique & Collectibles: Holiday decor, unique furniture, home goods, and vintage treasures.
Farm & Specialty Food: Jams, jellies, honey, pickled or canned goods, and ready-to-eat holiday treats like baked goods.
Personal Care & Botanical: Holiday-scented soaps, bath and body products, candles, and seasonal plants or floral arrangements.
Books, Media & Project Pieces: Books, unique items, and repurposed project pieces.
Pet & Specialty: Handcrafted pet goods and curated accessories.

⚠️ Important Note: If a category shows as “Out of Stock,” it means that specific category has reached its capacity for this market. We limit spots by category to ensure a diverse marketplace for our shoppers and to prevent our vendors from competing too heavily with identical items. Policies & Logistics
Attendance & Cancellations: Participation is critical to our market’s success. If you are unable to attend, you must notify the Market Coordinator by 10:00 PM the Thursday prior. There are NO refunds and NO transfers to future market dates. If you cannot attend, you forfeit your registration. No-call, no-show vendors may be prohibited from participating in future markets.
Set Up & Clean Up:
Arrival: Set up begins at 7:00 AM. You must be fully set up and ready to sell at 9:00 AM.
Departure: The market ends at 4:00 PM. No early departures are permitted. Clean-up must be finished by 5:00 PM.
Space: You are provided a 10’x10’ space. You must keep your area clean, and subleasing your space is strictly prohibited.
What Your Fee Includes:
10’x10’ ground lease for the day.
Access to clean restrooms and on-site staff assistance.
Access to dumpsters for two 4-gallon trash bags.
Marketing reach via University Pickers, the Merrimack District, and local press releases.
What You Need to Bring:
Your 10’x10’ tent and required 20+ lb weights per leg.
All tables, linens, signage, holiday lighting, and booth tools.
General Policies
Weather: We are a Rain or Shine event. Vendors are encouraged to prioritize their personal safety and may seek shelter or depart if conditions become unsafe.
Conduct: Profane, abusive, or dishonest behavior is strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the event without refund.
Media & Promotional Release: By participating in our Christmas Market, you grant University Pickers permission to use your likeness, voice, image, and products in promotional or advertising materials without compensation. You waive any right to review or approve final media. You certify that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these terms of your own free will.
Smoking: This is a strictly smoke-free/e-cigarette-free event. If you need to smoke during the market, you MUST go to your vehicle in our designated vendor parking areas. Please be courteous to our other vendors and their products.
Hold Harmless Agreement
By purchasing a booth, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless University Pickers, LLC, 3405 Triana Ozone LLC, and their agents from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your participation. University Pickers does not assume responsibility for your personal property.
Payment is your formal acceptance of all market policies. There are NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS to future market dates.
